      Our company is not in the technology business. However we depend entirely on our computers, network and Internet to work fast and reliably every day, all day in order to get our work done. SOS was able to identify lingering issues with our systems and Internet access that was affecting our ability to work between 1-2 hours per week, about 80-100 hours per year.
